The Wellbeing Show visited Our Lady of Dolours with an engaging R U OK incursion. Our students enjoyed an energetic, and interactive performance that explored important wellbeing messages through music, humour and storytelling.

“The Wellbeing Show was fantastic! It was funny, entertaining and taught us some great lessons about managing worries and looking after our wellbeing. I especially loved the live electric guitar and the interactive activities. It was fun for everyone, even the teachers!”
