On 6 February, 2026 we marked a truly special milestone—the 75th Anniversary of Our Lady of Dolours. We cane together for our traditional beginning-of-year Mass to begin our celebration. Our community was filled with joy and gratitude as we reflected on our rich history and bright future.
It was wonderful to welcome BCE Executive Director Dr Sally Towns, BCE Executive of Formation and Engagement Sharon O’Keefe, Sisters of the Good Samaritan, Principal of Mt Maria College Mr Luke Reed, past principals Mr Patrick Davis, Mr Brett Kitchener, past students from our very first Year One class in 1951, along with current students, families, dedicated staff, and so many special guests.
Our school has grown from humble beginnings to a vibrant community, shaped by generations of commitment, compassion, and excellence. Here’s to the next 75 years!
