School camps and excursions are increasingly being recognised not simply as additions to the curriculum, but as essential wellbeing experiences.
Our recent Year 6 camp was a wonderful example of this in action. Over several days, our Year 6 leaders spent extended time together outside their usual friendship groups, engaging in teamwork challenges, trust activities and shared experiences in the outdoors.
