Wellness Week

​​At O.L.D., we know that to be truly healthy, we must learn to take care of ourselves holistically – physically, mentally, spiritually. During Wellness Week (16 to 22 September, 2018) we embraced all sorts of wellness strategies – we meditated, we stretched, and we expressed gratitude; we took time to stop and smell the roses and we practised the art of mindfulness.

There is so much beauty in the world! Make sure you’re taking the time to see it every day too. ​
