Enrolment Application Form

Applications for school enrolment are invited at any time.

Children born 1 July 2006-30 June 2007 are eligible for Prep in 2012.

All enrolment forms must be presented with relevant documentation including: Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate and Immunisation Record.

Applications for enrolment from students enrolling in Years 1-7 must include a recent summative report card.

A $50 application fee per form applies, payable when submitting an appicaiton/s for enrolment.
